The ML/AI workgroup from PIcc is working on a regulatory science tool that aims to streamline the categorization of AI/ML algorithms to derive the relevant performance assessment approaches and metrics for regulatory submissions.   

To test their model, they are looking for “use cases” for ML/AI in pathology and asked the PIccTG if we could work on that list.

They are not looking for perfectly worded "intended use" definitions etc.. rather a bullet-pointed list of interesting applications, use cases, dreams, or ideas so they can pressure test their approach/algorithm. 

With your help, we are hoping to create a long list of use cases to support the ML/AI group. If you can't make it to the meeting, please feel free to send us your ideas via email.
